Registration for Pre-School - Closed ADMISSION CRITERIA

  Last Date of Registration is 27th December 2019

1. The registration process consists of four steps :    

   Step 1:
Filling up the registration form (
fields marked * are mandatory)

   Step 2: Payment of Registration fees of Rs25/- .

   Step 3:  Final Registration slip will be sent on Registered Email id within 24 hours of Registration after successful submission of Registration fees

   Step 4:  Parents need to take the printout of the filled up registration form. Along with the registration form,  fee receipt and copy of relevant documents should be dropped in the "DROP BOX" available at School Guard room.


2. Documents Required (Scanned copy - Size Limit - 1 MB per document) :    

a. Latest Passport Size Photograph (Each of - Child , Father and Mother ) with - 80% Face Coverage in .jpg  format only with latest Photograph of the child.

b. Scanned Copy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Competent Authorities

c. Address proof ( Self attested Photocopy of any one of the following)

  •  Ration Card issued in the name of Parents (Mother/Father having name of child).
  • Domicile Certificate of Child or of his/her Parents.
  • Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
  • Electricity Bill/MTNL Telephone Bill/Water Bill/Passport in the name of any of the parents or child.
  • Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of any of the parents

d. Tuition Fee Receipt of your ward studying in N.K. Bagrodia Public School , Sector-4, Dwarka (Sibling stands for real brother/sister only) Cousins and relatives will not be considered as siblings.


3. Please check all the details and spellings before submitting the page.

4. Please note that submission of Registration Form does not guarantee Admission of your ward in the school.


5. Please note that the Registration no. will be communicated to you on your registered email id and mobile no. after successful completion of registration process for future communication.


6. Please keep your credit card, debit card and other banking details handy while filling up the registration form. The payment on this website is secured and the school does not store any banking related information.


7. Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection while filling up the application form.

9. Incomplete and false details in the Registration form will lead to rejection of the Registration form.


10. Please keep checking School's Website for regular updates on Admissions.


11. Parents are requested to avoid submitting duplicate forms as this may lead to rejection of forms.


12. This information in the registration form is collected and made available as per the DOE guidelines.


13. Service Tax as applicable is also charged along with Registration fees. The form shall be considered for Admission, only after successful payment of the Registration Fee.
